Nawiliwili, Kauai (Hawaii) / USA West Coast
Nawiliwili is the name of the main island of the island of Kauai, the oldest island in the Hawaiian archipelago. The port is located in the Nawiliwili Bay off the city of Lihue (6,500 inhabitants), the capital of Kauai. In terms of tourism this island is not as developed as the other Hawaiian islands.
Kauai is also known as the garden island because of its lush vegetation. Kalapaki Beach is ideal for swimming, sunbathing and sailing with its calm water and white sand. In Lihue is the Kauai Museum, a museum of history and art for the islands of Kauai and Niihau, which hosts permanent exhibitions on the fauna, flora and art of the primitive people of the islands.
