Puerto Chacabuco / Chile
Puerto Chacabuco is a small port town of almost 1,500 inhabitants and is close to the town of Puerto Aisén. The port is important for the region around the San Rafael lagoon and also serves as a fishing port.
The San Rafael Lagoon is also the main attraction that can be reached across the resort. Particular is here is the glacier of this lagoon and the scenic beauty. Here, kayaking or rafting are recommended.
Excursions to Puerto Aisén and the region are also beautiful. The many fjords, islets and volcanoes combine to form a breathtaking nature.
