Gratuities and service charge on board of Oceania Cruises
Crew-gratuity-option: the Oceania Cruises crew gratuity program benefits all crew members who make your cruise a very special experience through their work. These include the staff at the restaurants, the cabin stewards and other behind-the-scenes staff. To facilitate settlement, please allow Oceania Cruises to set up an international standard-oriented gratuity option to your onboard account daily. Depending on the cabin category, Oceania Cruises recommends the following gratuity option per day:
- USD 16, - per person per day for a regular cabin
- USD 23,- per person per day for a Penthouse, Oceania, Vista or Owner's Suite with butler service.
As part of the final bill of your onboard account, you can then confirm this gratuity option, cancel it, or offer any gratuity amount you wish.

For all drinks and spa treatments purchased on board, a service charge of 18 % will be added.

Please note that the gratuity recommendation (gratuity regulation) as well the service charge regulation do not automatically become part of the contract, but only after a separate confirmation by the consumer (customer). Therefore, prior to booking the voyage, the consent of the consumer (customer) is requested.
