Smart price:
Depending on the occupancy rate (the date of publication is variable) so-called smart prices will be published for certain travel dates. These have a discount compared to the premium price, but are associated with less flexible booking conditions and are only valid for a limited offer. The following separate booking conditions apply to the smart price cabins (deviating from the normal terms and conditions of the Cunard Line):
- Booking is on a guaranteed basis, i.e. without selecting the cabin / suite number and the deck
- No early booking discount
- No onboard credit
- The determination of the size of your table at the main restaurant is cancelled and when booking an inside, outside, outside cabin with balcony and club outside cabin with balcony, you cannot choose between the early or late seating time for dinner
- Cunard shuttle buses between the ship and the city center, possibly on surcharge
- Free right of withdrawal up to 3 days
- Down payment of 30%
- Cancellation fees up to 56 days before departure of 30%

When booking this cruise until 06.30.2019, you will receive the following award miles on your cruise price (cabin price including port taxes / fees):
- 2 times miles when booking an inside or outside cabin
- 3 times miles when booking a balcony cabin or suite

No mileage credit on additional services such as arrival and departure, hotels, excursions, beverage packages, personal expenses on board and ashore, etc. When booking the service card number must be given (when booking by phone verbally or online booking in the booking form). The Miles & More service card holder must be a participant in the journey. No retroactive mileage credit respectively no mileage credit on existing bookings. Prices per person for occupancy with 2 persons per cabin, except otherwise stated. Before sending the request respectively the booking the price of the cabin (including possibly booked additional services) is shown. The crossed out prices are (former) catalog prices of the operator to which the calculated discount refers. Errors and omissions excepted. The regulations and general terms and conditions (GTC) of the respective organizer apply. The "steering wheels" are not an official classification, but recommendations of the cruise lines as well as subjective assessments of customers and employees.
Gratuities and service charge on board of Cunard
You are free to offer gratuities to the cabin and restaurant staff. Gratuities are welcome, but are not expected.
If you wish to reward the entire team of the hotel department with a gratuity, you will find a form in your cabin / suite which can be handed over to the Purser's Office, if you want to offer a gratuity via the onboard account. The desired amount will be deducted automatically from your credit card.

For all drinks and spa treatments purchased on board, a service charge of 15 % will be added.

Please note that the gratuity recommendation (gratuity regulation) as well the service charge regulation do not automatically become part of the contract, but only after a separate confirmation by the consumer (customer). Therefore, prior to booking the voyage, the consent of the consumer (customer) is requested.
