1. Booking request
For some cruise lines an online check of availability and an online booking is not yet technically possible - but we are working on it! We want to make your way to your dream holiday as easy as possible:

     Select your next cruise from our extensive cruise database.
     Select your desired cabin.
     Let us know the address, names and birthdays of the travelers on a pre-made form.

Upon receipt of your cruise request we will promptly check the availability and the price and send you a travel registration, which you please sign and send back to us, then we bindingly  book your journey. If the cabin you are looking for or even the whole trip is booked, we will be pleased to submit an alternative offer. You are in good hands with us!
2. Book cruises online.
For many cruise lines, you can book your dream cruise online, this is currently possible  at 1A Vista Travel, Azamara, Carnival, Celebrity Cruises, Costa Cruises, Cunard, Holland America, MSC Cruises, NCL, Phoenix, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, TransOcean, TUI Cruises and AROSA river cruises. Note that flights are usually upon request and must be confirmed. For the travels of AIDA Cruises  also send us a binding booking. However, this is not checked for availability and must be confirmed by us.

    Select your cruise from our cruise database.
    Indicate how many people you would like to travel with.
    Select your desired cabin from the free cabins.
    Let us know the address, names and birthdays of the travelers on the pre-prepared form.
    At the end of the booking the deposit is to be paid by credit card. As of 4 weeks before the start of the journey the total payment is due with the booking.

This is a binding booking. Your data will be transmitted via an encrypted connection and, of course, treated confidentially. We take care of the rest - the only thing you have to do is look forward to your next holiday!

4. Callback - and we'll call you back!
Is there no telephone nearby? No problem, we will gladly call you back at a later date. Let us know your name, your telephone number and your request on the callback form and we will contact you!

5. After the booking.
You have signed the travel booking or booked online. What's happens then?

    You will receive a travel confirmation / invoice as well as a security deposit which protects your payments against the insolvency of the organizer.
    A travel deposit is payable according to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the tour operator, which can be found on our homepage under 'GTC'.
    The balance is usually due 6 weeks before departure. This information can also be found on your travel confirmation.
    About 2 weeks before the beginning of the journey you will receive the travel documents from us, in most cases this will be done by email. Some cruise lines still use paper tickets, they will be sent to you by mail.
    Here we go! You have packed your 'bags' and have valid travel documents? Then we wish you a lot of fun on your dream vacation!
6. Payment transactions.
Payments vary according to cruise line respectively the organizer. We are bound here by the instructions of our partners. As a rule, you have the following options for paying for the travel price:

     Bookings from Germany:
     - Transfer to our account in Germany
     - Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)
     Bookings from Austria and Switzerland:
     - Transfer to our account in Austria or Switzerland
     - Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)
     Bookings from all other countries:
     - Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)

7. Travel conditions, liability.
Each cruise line or organizer has its own travel conditions. We have compiled these terms and conditions on our homepage under 'GTC'. For inquiries and bookings, you can print the travel conditions within the booking form by mouse click. Please confirm that you accept the terms and conditions. If you wish, we can send you the GTC by mail, email or fax.
NEES-REISEN AG acts as an intermediary on most trips. We are responsible for the prompt and correct processing, however we cannot guarantee the availability of the trip at the time of your inquiry or booking. Since many cruise lines or organizers work with daily rates, there may be a price change between the sending of your booking inquiry and the elaboration of our offer. We will, of course, inform you about this before completing a contract. Your request is an application; a contract comes with the sending of the travel confirmation / invoice. If a journey cannot be correctly assigned to a cruise line or an organizer, the travel conditions / conditions of NEES-REISEN AG, 63829 Krombach apply.
