Napuka, Tuamotu Island / Polynesia
Napuka is the name of an atoll of the Tuamotu archipelago, part of French Polynesia. The atoll was discovered in 1519 by the Portuguese sailor Ferdinand Magellan. The main place of the island is Tepukamaruia.
Napuka, like all the atolls of the Tuamotu archipelago, resembles a true paradise. The white of its beaches, the turquoise shades of its lagoon and the violet and mauve coral banks under the glittering surface of the glass-clear water make Napuka a breathtaking experience for the senses!
