Off the natural bay of the port there is much to admire. In the harbor, sunken ships from the Second World War lie underwater. Divers can explore the wreck, there settle lots of new corals. It is possible to explore the harbor by boat. You are offered sailing trips and tours. At high tide in Aquascene in the Doctors Gully there are many hungry fish that can be fed here by hand.

The Fannie Bay Gaol Museum located on the same-named bay on East Point Road, is built in the old prison from 1883 proson used until 1979.
East Point Reserve, about 2,000 wallabies inhabit the grasslands. Lake Alexander is a small lake (salt water), which is year-round suitable for swimming.
